Brunch
i love brunches, i love breakfast, i love how people can wake up early in the morning to a good set of breakfast. it just starts my day right.
come to think of it this post is really my first for 2012 :) sorry, i’ve been really busy to update this space. Army’s taking up alot of time, not that i’m complaining, but i really miss taking photos like how i used to.

Hey World, yet again.
until recently, i haven’t been doing walkabouts for… over a year! :) and seriously it feels weird to start again, it feels like my first again! :)
i’ll try to take more photos from now on! promise!

On the 15th of October, i would be commissioned as an officer, 2nd lieutenant to be exact.
officers are presented with a sword as a symbol of command and mine, is right here.
it wasn’t a easy journey, 38 weeks passed and now i can proudly tell others, “i am an officer during my National Service days.”
My duty is to lead, to excel and to overcome.
i’m back! just for this!
Sorry i havent got the time to be updating this tumblr, i know it’s really dissappointing, but for the pass few months it has really been pretty fruitful for me :) haha!
just a little update, i’m less than 3 months away from my commissioning to be a second lieutenant, my book outs are still pathetic, but nevertheless i still have been shooting regularly during weekend :)
ever since i bought the black bird fly, i have been shooting alot of film and going into cross process to get these lo-fi outtawhack colours :)
no doubt it’s fun, but it really cost a bomb to be developing the slides and negatives.
alright, enough said, the pictures are taken with a nikon FE2, loaded with a roll of provia 100 then cross processed :) heh hope you like it! :)

i was at the beach that day flying my kite.
boundless seas, beautiful sunset, fluffy clouds and the sounds of waves caressing the beach.
one was never enough, that was why i made it two.

Do you remember Jeremy? :) If you have been reading this space since the start of my Project 365 last time then for sure his no stranger to you.
anyway, this picture was taken the same way as how i took felicia at starbucks, Jeremy came over to meet me over coffee with a pack of garrett popcorn how can leave him out of my first roll of lomo? :)

Every time i’m out of camp it’s for sure that i will either get myself a cup of starbucks or perhaps bubble tea :)
this picture is taken with my nikon SB800 attached to the hotshoe of the BBF.
was the first time using flash for the bbf, so all i did was to estimate an appropriate power and prayed for the best :)

Well, my first roll of x-pro is out, pretty satisfied, considering that it’s my first time shooting with the BBF and exposures were quite decent :)
anyway, to start of this series of BBF photos, of course i’ll be posting pics of my girlfriend. :)

:) it’s been a while since i’ve spent my sunday night out of camp! really miss my civilian days. 2 years for the military, i dont dread, but i’ll really prefer this to end quickly :)

hey guys! it’s been quite some time since i’ve tumblred or updated this space. miss me? doubt so huh? :) but then again, i lost a few followers during my training/absence but i guess it’s understandable :)
in case you are wondering, yes! i’m still undergoing my officer’s cadet course. it’s tough, it’s long but i guess it’s all about finding a reason to do it for :)
anyway, it was my brother’s birthday a week ago, so this picture is actually from the dinner :)
hopefully i can have a little more time this weekend to take a few more pictures! :)
2 months has passed since i entered Officer Cadet School. i’m tired. Really tired. i feel really weak and out of motivation. how?
